Patricia Chan B.Com., CA, CFP
Operations & Governance
Patricia has over 25 years of Financial Industry experience, having held senior positions in Chartered Accounting and Financial Services firms. Patricia’s skillset and extensive experience in the managed account space is highly regarded in the industry. Patricia provides key strategic direction to the business and heads the operational team. In her role with DFS Portfolio Solutions, Patricia oversees all governance aspects for the business, including platform matters, legal and compliance requirements.

Senior Investment Research Analyst & Investment Committee member
William specialises in financial modelling with particular emphasis on asset allocation. Throughout his career, William has built strong analytical and technical skills in the area of risk management. William previously held actuarial and asset consulting roles with Towers Perrin and Russell Investments.
William is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the firm’s asset allocation model as well as our proprietary filtering model which is extensively used in our manager selection process.
Oiyee Chan

Oiyee has over 11 years of financial services experience. She is responsible for all operational matters ranging from oversight of client service, client communications, transactional processes and internal controls.
Her familiarity with the processes of multiple key platforms, coupled with her understanding of how underlying retail clients are impacted provides advisors with tools, processes and insights to offer higher levels of service and support to investors.
Dr. Frank Ashe

Dr Frank Ashe specialises in risk management and investments. He is an Honorary Fellow at the Macquarie University Applied Finance Centre.
Dr Ashe has worked in Australia, Canada and Asia with consultancies, insurance companies, investment management firms, bond dealers, and financial software houses. His 30+ years of practical experience have been predominantly in the measurement and management of financial risk and return. He is a regular presenter at industry seminars and colloquia, and was President of the Australian Q-Group 2002-2011. Dr Ashe is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He obtained his PhD in Operations Research from the University of New South Wales. He majored in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science, with First Class Honours in Mathematics, from Macquarie University.
